Pre Delivery & Parts Manager

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Pre-Delivery, Reconditioning & Parts Manager to lead our vehicle preparation and parts operations. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of all new and used vehicles while managing our Hyundai Parts Department.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines office-based administration with practical involvement in the workshop and yard. You'll be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing workflow and inventory, while also working alongside your team to ensure vehicles are prepared to the highest standard and delivered on time.

• Manage and coordinate the pre-delivery and reconditioning process for all new and used vehicles.

• Lead and support the pre-delivery team to maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity and quality.

• Schedule workflow to ensure delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hyundai Parts Department.

• Maintain parts inventory, stock control and ordering processes.

• Assist the team on the workshop floor when required, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

• Work closely with the sales, service and workshop teams to ensure smooth vehicle preparation and delivery.

• Liaise with suppliers and external contractors to coordinate timely parts supply and vehicle completion.

• Drive continuous improvement across the department with a strong focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive, truck or dealership industry.

• A current and valid driver's licence.

• Monday to Friday roster (approximately 7:00am – 3:30pm), with flexibility available for the right candidate.
