The Far Post is located at the home of football on the Northern Beaches – Cromer Park. The venue provides an outdoor deck to watch weekly football games, an indoor function space and a bar open 7 days a week.

The Far Post is looking for a hands-on Bar and Event Supervisor to elevate our member experience. This role blends operational supervision, event execution, and team leadership in a relaxing and welcoming environment. 

What You Will Do: 

• Lead: Direct, train, and motivate a small, dedicated front-of-house team. 

• Bar Operations: Oversees inventory management, including precise ordering and routine stocktakes. Manage weekly rosters, authorise timesheets and produce square reporting.

• Create Events: Set up, run, and oversee club functions and member events. 

• Ensure Excellence: Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere. 

What We Are Looking For: 

• Proven experience in a bar, club, or hospitality role. 

• Strong organisational skills to handle stock control and event logistics. 

• A positive, motivating leadership style that brings out the best in the team. 

• Flexibility to work rosters across our core hours.

• Current RSA essential.

• Weekend availability is essential.
