You will play a key role in supporting trade repair officers and ensuring maintenance and repair activities are effectively planned, coordinated and documented.

About The Role

You will be responsible for providing general administrative and operational support to maintenance activities, procurement processes and work order management. The role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to critical Defence operations. Key responsibilities include -

Raise purchase requisitions and purchase order through procurement systemsProcess invoices and financial documentation Manage work orders and perform data entry within SAP and other Commonwealth systemsTrack equipment movements and maintenance activitiesAssist with planning and scheduling maintenance workMaintain accurate records and documentationCompile inventory records and requisition materials and suppliesLiaise with procurement teams, contractors and internal stakeholders

Required Skills And Experience

Previous administration experience in an operation/maintenance/logistics/workshop environmentExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and organisation skillsExperience using Microsoft Office (SAP would be a plus)Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesStrong data entry and record management skills

Highly desirable if you have experience processing purchase orders, invoices and procurement requests and have prepared work orders and maintenance related documentation.
