Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the role

The Qualified Barber will be responsible for delivering a wide range of professional barbering services while maintaining high standards of hygiene, customer satisfaction, and workplace professionalism. The successful applicant will contribute to creating a positive client experience and help maintain the reputation of Fade Game pty ltd as a leading barber shop.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality men's haircuts, skin fades, tapers, clipper cuts, and scissor cuts.

• Perform beard trimming, beard shaping, hot towel shaves, and facial grooming services.

• Consult with clients to understand their styling needs.

• Ensure high standards of customer service.

• Sterilise barbering equipment in accordance with Australian health and safety standards.

• Manage walk-ins and appointments.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships.

• Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records where required.

• Maintain professional presentation at all times.

• Comply with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

About you

• Recognised qualification in Barbering or Hairdressing.

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Barber.

• Strong skills in Fades, Moderncuts, beard shaping and razor techniques.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Professional attitude with excellent time management skills.

• Professionalism and integrity.

• Reliability and punctuality.
