You'll support the secure handling, movement, and management of client records within a fast-paced facility environment

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out daily warehouse tasks including picking & packing sensitive files

• Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks

• Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing

• Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles

• Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required)

• Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records

About You

Essential Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical when locating, retrieving, and refiling confidential client records

• Physical fitness - ability to lift, carry, bend, reach heights, and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to follow precise filing and retrieval procedures

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security protocols at all times

• Methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy over speed

Desirable:

• Forklift or order picker licence

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience

• Familiarity with barcode scanning systems or warehouse management software

• Understanding of records management principles or experience in a document-handling environment

• Experience working with filing systems or location-based retrieval processes

Full training will be provided to ensure you meet the high standards required in records management operations.
