As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Adelaide-based Finance Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven bookkeeping professional to take ownership of the end-to-end finance function for a portfolio of hotels while partnering closely with operational leaders to support business performance and growth.

• Own the end-to-end finance processes for a portfolio of hotels, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance.

• Manage daily sales processing, accounts payable and weekly bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly journals, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reports, and support month-end close.

• Assist with payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and other operational finance activities as required.

• Drive process improvements while providing finance support to hotel management and property teams.

• 3+ years' bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally within a medium to large organisation.

• Qualifications in Bookkeeping or Business Administration will be highly regarded but are not essential.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office Suite.
