Looking to start your career in commercial property? Join CBRE's Research team and develop your analytical skills while working on market-leading research, forecasts and insights that support some of Australia's largest property investors, occupiers and developers.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, maintain and analyse market data across retail and industrial & logistics sectorsPrepare market reports, presentations and client-ready research materialSupport the delivery of quarterly research publications and forecastingAnalyse investment transactions and identify emerging market trendsPartner with Capital Markets and other business lines to gather market intelligenceRespond to ad hoc research requests from internal and external stakeholdersContribute to thought leadership pieces and industry insightsContinue to improve research systems, databases and processes across the team

About You

Recently degree qualified in Property or CommerceStrong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel capability and strong PowerPoint skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interpret data and present findings clearly and confidentlyHighly organised with strong attention to detailCurious about commercial property markets and keen to build your research career
