Opal ANZ is an industry-leading paper and packaging business. We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest packaging companies in Australia as our Opal Functional Coatings site in Campbellfield (Victoria) is looking for a Team Member to come onboard! 

Working on a 12-hour rotating shift, the key focus of this role will be to:

• Operate machines and conduct processes efficiently to achieve production targets
• Ensure safety standards are upheld
• Maintain a clean and well organised workplace
• Ensure clear communication between other internal stakeholders
• Perform quality checks on the products throughout the stages of manufacturing

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

• Experience operating machinery (please note: this is not a process worker position)
• Experience within a manufacturing environment would be highly regarded
• Mechanical aptitude / and computer literacy
• A continuous improvement mindset & a keen eye for detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• A self-motivated mindset and good timekeeping ability
• Genuine commitment to safety

Please note that this role will require you to have:

• Drivers Licence (current & valid in Victoria)
• Forklift Licence (preferred, but if not currently held this can be done through the business)
• CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred, but if not currently held this can be done through the business)
