In this dynamic role, you will develop employee-centric experiences that drive innovation and improve productivity. This includes supporting our clients on their most advanced Workplace Experience opportunities and challenges such as demonstrating and maximising the value of GenAI technologies and M365 Copilot. You'll take the lead on client engagements and delivery, you’ll assist with sales efforts, crafting client proposals and delivering presentations. The role is open to candidates based in Sydney and Melbourne. You will be willing to travel interstate if required for project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership to advise clients at strategic levelsProvide big-picture and tactical guidance on technology-enabled business outcomesLead client engagements and teams to drive innovation, collaboration, productivity improvement, AI adoption at scale and be responsible for the project management and associated deliverablesDevelop and evolve employee centric experience and organisation transformation strategies propositions and solutions.Support the identification, development, and selling of workplace experience client propositions and pitch in response to market demand and digital trends.Deliver sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs aligned with Digital Workplace Experiences.Assume a substantive role in the Advisory Practice with leadership qualities

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

Experience delivering and selling large, integrated workplace solutionsSolid consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee experience strategies.Experience in the roll out of Microsoft Copilot and agents, including use case ideation, training and business case justification.

Workplace solution experience should cover one or more of the following:
