Technology Delivery Manager - Digital

Job Description

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we're looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager – Digital to join us for 12 month Fixed term Contract, while a member of our team takes on an internal project opportunity.

Working within our eCommerce Technology team and reporting directly to the Senior Technology Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering our eCommerce technology roadmap, leading technical solution design and bringing digital initiatives to life. You'll work across internal teams, external development partners and technology vendors to ensure our platforms and integrations continue to evolve with the needs of the business.

The role

Plan and deliver the eCommerce technology roadmapLead technical solution design across eCommerce projectsManage end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, from requirements and solution design through to testing and implementationCoordinate projects across internal teams and external development partnersDrive the integration and optimisation of eCommerce systems and platformsMonitor platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvementWork closely with our Engineering Manager across DevOps, infrastructure, CI/CD and automationBreak down complex technical challenges into clear, measurable deliverablesHelp build technical capability, development best practice and governance across the team

About You

We're looking for someone with strong technical eCommerce knowledge who is equally comfortable working with technology teams and business stakeholders.

You'll Ideally Bring

4+ years' experience in digital technology leadershipExperience with Magento and integrations across different platforms, Emarsys, Comestri, Fredhopper, New Relic, OMS, and marketplaces – essentialExperience working with a headless CMS environmentStrong knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems, integrations and headless architectureProven experience designing and delivering end-to-end eCommerce and digital solutionsExcellent project planning, organisation, communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in agile environments and with tools such as Jira and ConfluenceThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently navigate changing prioritiesA collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams
