Currently, we are looking for a "Senior Business Analyst(Guidewire)" to work on significant projects for our esteemed client.

Responsibilities:
Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.5 years of experience as a Guidewire Policy center BA with CTP experience.Experience with Commercial lines of businessExperience with working in an on / offshore model.Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impactsSimplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole teamSupporting business transition and helping to establish changeWork with the Architects/Tech leads to document technical stories in Jira that are required to achieve the overall scope of the project.Facilitate technical discussions with internal and external teams (If requested)Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirementsPrepare in-depth cause and effect analyses of risksWork closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define business concepts, and understand data requirementsSupport the day-to-day needs by providing data analysis, project deliverables, risk management, and operational needs to achieve strategic objectivesExperienced in running requirement workshops, brainstorming, discovery, and training sessionsAbility to plan and monitor the requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation process Promote the best practice use of Agile techniques
