We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Retail Property Management team on a part-time basis, supporting the day-to-day operations of Glenrose Village.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll play a key part in the smooth running of the centre, working closely with tenants, contractors and stakeholders while providing essential administrative, financial and operational support.

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organised professional looking for a flexible part time role - must be in on Wednesdays, other days are flexible.

About the role:

• Managing day-to-day centre administration and office coordination
• Processing accounts payable invoices, expenses and invoice reconciliations
• Assisting with tenant on-charges, arrears reporting and financial administration
• Maintaining lease information, tenant sales data and centre records
• Supporting monthly reporting, tenancy schedules and compliance documentation
• Coordinating contractors and assisting with maintenance-related administration
• Responding to tenant, customer, supplier and stakeholder enquiries
• Providing general administrative support, including reporting, registers and meeting coordination

About you:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within retail property, commercial property or a similar environment
• Strong attention to detail and financial administration skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
