About the role Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll join a close knit People & Culture team in a broad generalist role supporting the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
- Supporting recruitment across a variety of roles and business units
- Preparing employment documentation and maintaining employee records
- Assisting with graduate and internship programs
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Providing day to day HR support across the business
- Contributing to the ongoing development of people processes and initiatives
As the business continues to grow, the role will naturally evolve, providing exposure to a broad range of HR activities and opportunities to develop your capability.
About you To be successful, you'll bring:
- Approximately 3+ years' experience within Human Resources, with exposure across a range of HR activities
- Experience supporting recruitment and broader HR activities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A strong work ethic and genuine desire to learn and grow
Experience within a smaller or mid sized business environment will be highly regarded.
