About The Opportunity

We’re seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide respectful, highquality care to clients across the community. You’ll play a meaningful role in helping older people maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Travel independently within the community using your own vehicleProvide domestic support (cleaning, laundry, household tasks)Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, medication prompting)Escort clients to shopping, appointments and social activities

Essential Requirements

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalentFull Victorian driver’s licence + reliable, insured vehicleAvailability for at least 3 days per weekRecent experience in community or residential aged carePolice Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

Strong understanding of aged care standards and safe work practicesConfidence using mobile devices and completing documentationExcellent attention to detail, honesty and reliabilityWarm, supportive communication that builds trust and promotes independenceCOVID19 and flu vaccinations (recommended)
