Commercial Finance Manager

We're looking for a commercially savvy Commercial Manager to join our high-performing Finance team at Macquarie Park. This is a genuine business partnering role where you'll work alongside Portfolio Leadership, Sales and Marketing teams to influence strategic decisions, improve profitability and drive commercial performance across our Oils & Fats Foodservice portfolio.

What You Will Do

Partner with Portfolio, Sales and Marketing leaders to provide commercial insight and influence strategic business decisionsLead financial planning across Strategic Planning, Budget, S&OP and Category Planning cyclesDeliver financial modelling, business cases and commercial analysis to support NPD, Private Label and growth initiativesAnalyse sales, pricing, margins and cost drivers to identify opportunities that improve profitabilityProvide meaningful insights and recommendations that challenge assumptions and support better business decisionsSupport financial governance, investment management and promotional spend to maximise commercial outcomesBuild trusted relationships across the business, driving accountability and delivering results through strong business partnering

What You Will Bring

Proven experience in Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering within a fast-paced environmentExceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence, challenge and communicate effectively at all levelsStrong commercial acumen with advanced financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving capabilityExperience partnering with Sales, Marketing or Portfolio teams to deliver commercial outcomesAbility to simplify complex financial information into clear, actionable business insightsDegree qualified in Commerce, Finance or a related discipline, with CA/CPA (or equivalent) highly regardedFMCG, Manufacturing or Foodservice experience will be highly regarded
