About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing, Partnerships & Impact, you will provide project coordination, research and administrative support across a range of strategic initiatives. You will work collaboratively across the organisation to support business growth opportunities, partnership development, stakeholder engagement and marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple projects and contributing to meaningful organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Support strategic projects aligned with Outcare's growth and impact objectives.
• Conduct research, market scanning and environmental analysis.
• Prepare reports, briefing papers, presentations and business documentation.
• Assist with the development of partnership proposals and business cases.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops and engagement activities.
• Support marketing, communications and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reporting systems.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on actions to ensure deadlines are met.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Strategy & Growth function.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in project coordination, administration or business support.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to research, analyse and present information effectively.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
• Experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using digital systems.

Desirable

• Experience supporting grant or tender submissions.
• Experience within community services, not-for-profit or justice sectors.
• Understanding of service development or program design.
• Relevant qualifications in business, administration or project support.

Employment Requirements

• Current Driver's Licence.
• National Police Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check
