We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our Cat Rental team based at Dandenong.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, coordinating the end-to-end rental process and ensuring our equipment is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. From managing enquiries and rental agreements through to coordinating logistics and equipment preparation, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced operation where no two days are the same.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our Rental Customer Service team, you'll help deliver a seamless experience for our customers by:

• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers, both over the phone and in person
• Coordinating the end-to-end rental process from enquiry through to equipment return
• Identifying customer equipment requirements and recommending suitable rental solutions
• Preparing rental quotations and managing rental agreements
• Coordinating equipment preparation, transport and delivery to meet customer timeframes
• Liaising with customers, workshop teams, transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure equipment is delivered safely and on time
• Delivering a positive customer experience that sets William Adams apart from the competition

ABOUT YOU

You'll be a highly organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working with people and finding solutions. You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• A genuine passion for customer service and building long-term relationships
• Previous experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
• Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
• Exposure to the construction, earthmoving, heavy equipment or rental industries will be highly regarded, but is not essential
