Optical Store Manager

THE ROLE

Working closely with Dr Steve Tang, you’ll be supported by an experienced team to lead the day-to-day operations of the practice and deliver an exceptional patient experience.You will:

• Lead retail team, ownership of daily operations & order tracking, workflow and priorities.

• Manage the appointment diary, patient flow and service standards in collaboration with the clinical team.

• Provide confident, accurate premium optical dispensing, including frame and lens advice, measurements, troubleshooting and collections.

• Coach and support the team while creating clear expectations and respectful accountability.

• Oversee optical orders, laboratory tracking, warranties, stock and operational accuracy.

• Contribute to selected projects led by Steve in business growth, technology and clinical care.
