Parts Interpreter

Bunbury Hyundai, Bunbury Volkswagen and Geographe Ford currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department.

Working closely with customers, technicians and suppliers, you will help identify, source and supply the correct parts while supporting the department’s stock control and administration activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify automotive parts and components using electronic and manufacturer catalogues.

• Respond to parts enquiries from retail customers and workshop technicians.

• Provide accurate product advice and professional customer service.

• Receive, process and fill customer and internal workshop orders.

• Prepare invoices and other parts-related documentation.

• Receive, store, handle and organise automotive parts.

• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control procedures.

• Pick, pack and organise parts for collection or dispatch.

• Follow up orders and communicate availability or delivery updates.

• Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and dealership departments.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe Parts Department.

• Assist with other parts and dealership duties as required.

Previous experience in automotive parts, warehousing, retail or a similar customer service role would be highly regarded. An interest in vehicles and good technical aptitude would also be beneficial.
