Casual positions available to suit you, up to 37.5 hours a week!

About the role

• Assisting in leading a classroom by fostering meaningful connections with educators, families, children, and the wider community to deliver a tailored educational program that meets the unique needs of each child.

• Showcasing your sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

• Upholding the highest standards of compliance with Government Regulations and centre policies, ensuring our commitment to quality remains unwavering.

• Building valuable networks with local stakeholders to enrich the community experience.

• Cultivating strong relationships and partnerships with both children and families.

• Contributing to the documentation of children's skills and interests, employing a continuous cycle of reflective practice.

A little about you

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.

• Experience in an early childhood setting.

• Current Blue card, approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
