🔎 Your Role

Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmthSchedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)Keep workflows efficient and organisedProvide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearlyHelp prepare patients for their visit with the information they need

💡 What You’ll Bring

A caring, empathetic communication styleAdvanced computer and keyboarding skillsGreat problem-solving and time management abilitiesA positive, proactive attitudeExperience in customer service is a plus!
