The Role:

Working as a Trade Hub Administrator, this role is ideal for a qualified Carpenter (Cert III) looking to move off the tools and into an office-based position with future progression into site-based roles. You will be responsible for managing trade allocation workflows, subcontractor purchase orders, and supporting construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

•  Managing trade desk allocation workflows
•  Booking jobs inline with company policies
•  Managing subcontractor purchase orders
•  Escalating issues to the Trade Hub Manager
•  Conducting daily integrations
•  Uploading purchase orders
•  Liaising with Supervisors
•  Managing distribution of construction locks, keys and uniforms
•  Onboarding new vendors
•  Monitoring and maintaining vendor compliance in BuildSafe including insurances, licenses and SWMS
•  Approving or rejecting vendor compliance submissions
•  Inputting site coordinates

About You:

• You will hold a Carpentry Certificate III and have hands-on experience within the residential building industry.
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction is advantageous but not essential.
• You are highly organised, confident communicating with trades and supervisors, and comfortable working across multiple systems.
• You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, are motivated, composed under pressure, and able to use initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy and a willingness to contribute as part of a collaborative team are essential.
