Summary:

The office at Ray White United Group is about growing people from administrative roles to become fully licensed real estate agents with a winning mentality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant communications.
• Assist in marketing properties to attract potential tenants through various channels.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the leasing process.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations..

Qualifications:

• Preferred but not essential - Experience in a leasing or property management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with tenants and landlords.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• A current Certificate of Registration or Course Completed
