Poolwerx Hillarys and Joondalup are looking for an experienced Swimming Pool Technician to join our growing team.

Your Responsibilities

As an experienced Pool Technician, you will:

• Service residential pools and spas, including water testing, chemical balancing and routine equipment inspections

• Diagnose and repair common pool equipment issues involving pumps, filters, chlorinators and related systems

• Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate Poolwerx products, equipment and solutions

• Maintain and manage the stock carried in your service vehicle

• Deliver friendly, professional service and provide customers with practical pool-care advice

• Accurately record job details and water-test results using our mobile service app

• Work independently and manage your regular customer base effectively

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers

What You’ll Bring

• Previous hands-on experience servicing and maintaining swimming pools

• Sound knowledge of water testing and chemical balancing

• Experience troubleshooting common pool equipment

• A current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence

• Strong customer-service and communication skills

• The ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule

• Reliability, attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work

• Australian working rights

• A current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain one
