We are a specialised Occupational Rehabilitation Provider within the Injury Management industry - we offer tailored corporate clinical programs, RTW Injury Management, RTW onsite services and injury-based prevention – our focus is to positively impact and support those injured at work to achieve recovery and return to work goals. Those with backgrounds in recruitment, customer service, hospitality, business development, or administration often excel in this role. 

Qualifications & Experience

• A Positive Attitude and a passion for people.

• Proven ability to assist with vocational redirection and return to work.

• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop a Host Employer Network.

• Proven application of SIRA transition to work programs and initiaitves.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• A genuine commitment to helping others. 

• The ability to forge long term and effective partnership with all of Ache Group's key stakeholders. 

• Strong ability to mentor and coach Job Seekers

• Excellent ability to listen, support and work with people of varying backgrounds, skill and ability.
