Medical Reception and Project Admin Assistant

IMMEX is seeking someone to work at Reception as well as assist the Practice Manager in providing administrative support and oversight to a number of ongoing projects. This is a full time position located at our Parramatta clinic, a 5-10 minute walk from Parramatta Station.

This is a varied reception and administrative role providing opportunity to be involved in a number of different aspects of our business .

Your duties will include:

• Medical Reception

• Medico legal admin support for the clinic

• Administrative support to doctors delivering a number of ongoing client projects

• Support the nurse when busy in learning to take basic observations

We are looking for someone that is well organised, efficient and can support multiple projects simultaneously.

IMMEX is a specialised occupational medicine practice that has some of the major private and public companies in NSW as its valued clients. Services we provide include Pre Employment Medicals, Injury Treatment, Health Surveillance, Medico Legal Opinion and more.

Clinic Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri. There is no weekend work.

Desirable criteria:

• Previous experience in workers compensation as a case manager with an insurer or related role would be a bonus

• Understanding of workers compensation and medico legal services would also be an advantage.

• Experience in a medical setting would also be valued
