Member Services - Gregory Hills

Viva Leisure parent company to Club Lime one of Australia’s leading fitness companies are looking for new Member Services team members to join our club on a casual basis in Gregory Hills!

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional, personalised service and create a positive experience for our members. You’ll play a key role in supporting club growth by maintaining strong member relationships and helping to attract new ones.

Your day-to day responsibilities will include assisting members with general enquiries, conducting club tours for potential new members, driving membership sales, and ensuring the club environment is clean, welcoming, and professionally presented at all times.

This is a casual opportunity with a flexible work schedule.

We are looking for someone with: 

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors

• Providing a professional and welcoming experience for all members, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting club tours and inductions
• Support membership growth by responding to enquiries, following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process to maximise conversions
• Engage with members on the gym floor, assist with general queries, and promote additional services like personal training and group fitness
• Handle administrative duties including phone calls, members feedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented club environment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supporting operational and administrative tasks
