Help is a Queensland-based social enterprise helping people with disability lead fulfilling and independent lives. Over the past 50+ years, we’ve created an integrated network of services to provide people with disability the essentials, routine, and stretch they seek in life. Whether it’s employment, learning, living arrangements, community involvement, or anything else in between – we work alongside people to help them achieve the things they set out to. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    Meet production targets as directed by the Team Leader

·        Maintain a professional standard of personal appearance and conduct.

·        Assist in maintaining a workplace that is safe, clean and uncluttered and to report any concerns regarding equipment to the Team Leader

·        Work with Team Leader or Production Support Officer to achieve personal work goals

·        Operate machinery such as welders, presses, saws, drills and hand tools to manufacture goods as directed by Team Leader

·        Ensure workspace is safe and tidy

·        Use machines safely and as instructed

·        Sign off times on Quality Control sheet as required

·        Other duties as required to meet operational needs

·        Be polite and professional towards any customers who enter the workspace

·        Attending work on rostered days

·        Comply with HELP’s Code of Conduct and all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
