Boarding Supervisor

Downlands College is seeking applications for a Full-Time, Fixed Term Boarding Supervisor (boys boarding) to commence September 2026 and concluding at the end of the school year.

Requirements

• Experience working with young people in educational, residential care, or youth settings.

• Demonstrated capacity to build positive and respectful relationships with adolescents.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills grounded in empathy and understanding.

• Alignment with, and willingness to support, the MSC ethos and Catholic identity of the College.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

• Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD), or ability to obtain.

• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable

• Qualifications or studies in education, youth work, counselling, or related fields.

• Experience Supporting the wellbeing of young men.

Salary

73,253 – 79,639 per annum plus Superannuation.
