Support Worker-NDIS-Eternal Disability Care

 Location: Albury, NSW

Role: Casual

Are you an experienced Support Worker who wants to make a real difference?
Eternal Disability Care is seeking reliable, skilled Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex needs in home and community settings.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily living tasks including personal care, meals, and household duties

• Assist with community access, appointments, and social activities

• Follow Behaviour Support, Mealtime, and Health Management Plans

• Support participants with dignity, safety, and independence

• Complete accurate shift notes and documentation.
  
  What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting participants with complex or high-intensity needs (SIL preferred)

• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills

• Confidence managing challenging behaviours

• Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and participant rights

• Manual handling knowledge or experience
  
  Essential Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• First Aid and CPR (current)

• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Legal working rights in Australia

• Working With Children Check (preferred)

• Medical Administration Certificate

• Relevant Qualification (Preferred)
