About the role

Dale James & Co' is seeking an experienced senior hairstylist to join our team in our South Perth, WA 6151 salon. In this casual/ part-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, styling, and treatments to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional hairstyling services to clients, including cutting, colouring, and treatment applications

• Offering personalised hair and scalp consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences

• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure a professional and hygienic environment

• Proactively recommending and selling hair care products to clients to support their hair goals

• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

• Mentoring and training junior stylists to develop their skills and expertise

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a senior hairstylist in a reputable salon

• Proven expertise in a wide range of hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development

• Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a busy client schedule

• Relevant hairdressing qualifications and certifications
