About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide individualised support with daily living, personal care, community participation and achieving personal goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualised support with daily living

• Provide personal care support

• Support community participation

• Support participants to achieve personal goals

About you

• Previous disability/community support experience is desirable

• Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services is desirable

• Current First Aid and CPR

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working with Children Check, where applicable

• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine commitment to person-centred support
