We are on the hunt for Team Members & Shift Supervisors to join our Pacific Pines Zam fam!

The supervisor role requires you to be at least 18 years old and available for evening and weekend shifts.

We are Zambrero. Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with homemade guac and other goodies. Our restaurants are open day and night so you can be flexible and keep up your work, school and play.

What You’ll Do

Our team members take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a team member, you will be responsible for following Zambrero’s high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures and cleaning to ensure that our guests’ experience is always the best it can be.

Providing exceptionally friendly customer serviceFollowing recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periodsPreparing recipes as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volumeAdhering to food handling, safety and sanitisation standardsAssisting with daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurantAnything else that helps the restaurant run smoothly and give our customers a great experience

Our Shift Supervisor take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.

Leading the restaurant team in efficient day-to-day operationsBeing a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and cultureAssisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiencesAssisting with hiring new team members and onboarding themAssisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staffEnsuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standardAssisting with ordering of stock from various suppliersAssisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policiesManaging daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurantAssisting with executing marketing promotionsEnsuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
