About the role
Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, the Business Resilience Manager leads The Royal Melbourne Hospital's Emergency Management and Business Continuity programs, driving a strategic approach to organisational resilience, emergency preparedness and business continuity.
You will provide expert advice to Executive leaders, lead emergency management governance, education and preparedness programs, and support the Hospital Commander and Hospital Incident Management Team during major incidents. You will collaborate with Parkville Precinct partners, the Department of Health and emergency management agencies to strengthen organisational resilience, enhance emergency preparedness and drive continuous improvement across the health service.
