Join Redland Hospital as a Staff Specialist Paediatrician and provide expert paediatric and neonatal care while leading service innovation, mentoring future specialists and improving health outcomes for local children and families.

As a Staff Specialist Paediatrician, you'll deliver high-quality paediatric and neonatal care across inpatient, outpatient and emergency settings, support the development of a Community Paediatric Advanced Trainee role, supervise junior medical staff, and lead clinical excellence, patient safety and continuous service improvement—helping achieve our vision of "Excellent Local Care for Local Children."

You are a collaborative and compassionate Paediatrician who is committed to delivering outstanding care for children and families while leading clinical excellence, education and service improvement. You will have:

• Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Paediatrics) or equivalent specialist qualifications.
• Demonstrated expertise in paediatric and neonatal medicine across acute, inpatient and ambulatory care.
• Proven ability to supervise, mentor and develop junior medical staff and advanced trainees.
• Passion for quality improvement, patient safety and delivering evidence-based, family-centred care.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to innovation and service development.

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
