Vinesmith City Cellar Door is looking for hospitality professionals to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

We are expanding our business hours and need FOH and BOH team members across all levels and roles, including:

  Waitstaff / Food & Beverage Attendants

• Hosts

• Supervisors

• Experienced senior hospitality staff

Some wine knowledge would be highly regarded but not essential for some FOH positions. Training will be provided.

These are initially casual positions, with opportunities for ongoing and more permanent roles in the near future for the right people.

A Good Food Guide One Hat-awarded city cellar door, Vinesmith represents our family-owned Victorian vineyards, Glenlofty Estate and Blue Pyrenees Estate.

We offer a considered, distinctively unique wine experience as we share the stories and wines behind the vineyards in an intimate city setting. 

We are looking for people who enjoy hospitality, wine and food while creating a great experience for guests.

What we’re looking for

Depending on the role and level, we are looking for people who have:

• Hospitality experience, from junior to senior level

• A positive and professional approach

• Strong customer service skills

• An interest in food and wine

• Good communication and teamwork

• Reliability and flexibility

• Availability across day shifts, evenings and weekends (Currently closed Sunday and Mondays)
