As an Appliance Service Technician at Queensland Appliances, you will be responsible for providing expert repair and maintenance services for a wide range of household appliances. Working as a field technician you will be a key part of our team, ensuring our customers receive prompt and reliable assistance to get their appliances back up and running. This full-time role offers a stable and rewarding career in the trades and services industry.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances including dishwashers, ovens, washing machines etc.

• Perform installations for new and replacement appliances

• Provide exceptional customer service, offering guidance and advice to customers

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

• Dedicated in-house admin team picks and orders your parts

• Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in appliance repair or a related trade - Cert III Appliance Servicing

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as an appliance service technician

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Commitment to safety and quality standards
