We are a locally owned and operated solar and electrical company based in Condell Park, specialising in residential and commercial solar installations, battery storage and electrical solutions across Sydney and greater NSW.

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Office Manager & Project Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.

Working closely with our operations, sales and installation teams, you’ll help coordinate projects from the initial customer enquiry through to installation and completion, ensuring every project runs efficiently and every customer receives exceptional service.

About the Role

This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the central point of contact for customers, suppliers and our installation teams, ensuring projects remain organised, compliant and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

·       Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.

·       Coordinate solar and electrical installations, scheduling technicians and managing project timelines.

·       Liaise with customers regarding installation dates, project progress and required documentation.

·       Process distributor (PTC) applications and assist with compliance documentation.

·       Assist with STC assignments and other project administration.

·       Maintain accurate job information using ServiceM8, Microsoft 365 and other company systems.

·       Prepare job packs and installation documentation.

·       Process supplier invoices.

·       Order equipment and materials from suppliers.

·       Coordinate with installers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly.

·       Maintain organised electronic filing systems and project records.

·       Provide administrative support across operations, sales and management.

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes ownership of their work and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

You’ll ideally have:

·       Previous experience in administration, project coordination or office management.

·       Excellent customer service skills and a confident, professional phone manner.

·       Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

·       The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

·       Experience using ServiceM8, Microsoft 365 or similar CRM.

·       A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

·       The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)

·       Experience in the solar, electrical, construction or trades industry.

·       Project scheduling or operations coordination.

·       Knowledge of PTC applications, STCs or solar compliance processes.

·       Procurement and supplier coordination.

·       Accounts administration and invoicing.

Don’t have experience in the solar industry? That’s okay. We provide comprehensive training for the right person with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer

·       $70,000 + Super.
