Pharmacist | Clinical Services & Future Partnership Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced pharmacist who wants more than just another rostered position.

This is an opportunity to take a leading clinical and operational role within a busy, growing independent TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy. We're not looking for someone to simply fill shifts—we're looking for someone who wants to take ownership, contribute to the direction of the pharmacy, and grow with the business.

You'll play a key role in both the clinical and operational success of the pharmacy, working closely with a supportive team while helping drive the continued growth of our clinical services.

This position offers 30 hours per week to commence, with genuine scope to increase hours as our services continue to expand.

A weekend shift will be required as part of the roster.

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist in good standing

• Immunisation accreditation with genuine confidence delivering vaccinations

• Strong dispensary experience and the ability to independently manage a busy dispensary

• Confidence working as the Responsible Pharmacist and making sound clinical and operational decisions independently

• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• Full Scope of Practice prescribing, or currently working towards accreditation

• Experience delivering clinical services including:

  • Vaccinations

  • Health checks

  • Point-of-care testing

  • Patient consultations

  • Medicinal cannabis

• Experience using Minfos

• Existing relationships with local GPs or allied health professionals

Patient consultations, prescribing, vaccinations and ongoing patient relationships are core parts of this role, not something squeezed in when the dispensary is quiet.
