💇‍♀️ The Role

As a Senior Stylist at Privé, you are a leader on the salon floor.

You understand that healthy hair is beautiful hair, and that true luxury is about longevity, not quick fixes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional colour, cutting and styling services
• Creating tailored consultations focused on long-term hair & scalp health
• Educating clients on conscious product choices and home care
• Maintaining strong rebooking and retention rates
• Confidently recommending retail aligned with scalp integrity
• Supporting and mentoring emerging stylists and apprentices
• Upholding our elevated service standards
