Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator

As our Store Development Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our national retail store network operating safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Supporting stores across Brand Collective's diverse portfolio of brands, you'll coordinate repairs, maintenance, compliance and contractor management from initial request through to completion. Working closely with Store Operations, Property, landlords and external trades, you'll ensure issues are resolved efficiently, stores remain compliant, and our teams can focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance across Brand Collective's national retail store network, ensuring issues are prioritised, actioned and resolved efficiently
• Act as the first point of contact for store maintenance requests, assessing urgency and managing jobs from initial report through to completion
• Coordinate external contractors including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and other service providers, ensuring works are completed to a high standard
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and statutory compliance requirements including fire safety, electrical testing, HVAC servicing and other essential inspections
• Monitor repairs and maintenance expenditure, supplier performance and contractor pricing, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs
• Build strong relationships with landlords, shopping centres, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reporting across repairs, compliance and property activities
• Manage & maintain the Repairs & Maintenance software system
• Support new store openings, refurbishments and store closures alongside the broader Property team

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in Repairs & Maintenance, Facilities Coordination, Property or Store Development, ideally within a multi-site retail environment
• Strong understanding of retail maintenance processes and basic building services including electrical, plumbing and HVAC
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple contractors, prioritise competing requests and manage jobs through to completion
• Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance service, quality and cost outcomes
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with experience using Adobe Suite highly regarded
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
