SkyCity Rewards Manager

SkyCity Adelaide is looking for a SkyCity Rewards Team Manager to lead the daily operations of our loyalty program, driving team performance and exceptional member experiences.

About the opportunity

SkyCity Adelaide is looking for an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our SkyCity Rewards department. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our loyalty program, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and security, and creating exceptional experiences for our members. Working closely with key stakeholders across Gaming, VIP Services, ICT, and People & Culture, you'll play a pivotal role in driving team performance and enhancing our customer offering.

About you

You are a passionate people leader with experience in loyalty, gaming, hospitality, or customer-focused operations. You have a strong understanding of rewards programs and operational excellence, coupled with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. With a customer-first mindset, strong commercial awareness, and sound knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements, you thrive on delivering results while creating memorable experiences for customers and team members alike.
