ARA Mechanical Services Pty Ltd is a leading provider of mechanical services in the construction industry. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. We specialise in both HVAC installation, maintenance and repairs. This includes prestigious buildings in Sydney, Orange and ACT. 

Our Service Team is located in Kingsgrove Sydney.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide an excellent level of Customer Service Support through incoming emails and phone calls and logging service requests.

• Allocate and coordinate service requests with customers and technicians.

• Monitoring service requests based on priority.

• Management of suppliers purchases by ordering materials required for completion of service jobs

• Assisting with customer reports.

Qualifications & experience

• Be proficient in use of MS Windows (including: Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Excellent speaking, listening and writing skills

• Experience in an office or within a customer service role will be looked upon favourably.

• Good time Management

• Show reliability and responsibility

• Can work autonomously as well as take direction from team members
