About the Role

Aramex Perth is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to help drive business growth across Perth and the WA regional branch network. You will play a key role in generating leads, converting opportunities, supporting customers, and contributing to sales success.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their sales career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generate and qualify sales leads for the wider sales team.

• Manage and convert incoming sales enquiries.

• Identify growth opportunities with new, existing and lapsed customers.

• Maintain customer information and activity within Salesforce/CRM systems.

• Support onboarding and retention of new customers.

• Collaborate closely with branch managers and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare reports and provide sales administration support.

 To be successful in this role you'll bring:

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, account management or internal sales support.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A professional and confident telephone manner.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

• Positive attitude with a strong customer focus and drive for results.
