Our client is a much-loved women's lingerie and sleepwear brand seeking a Part-Time Store Manager to lead their Armadale store.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step, or an emerging Store Manager looking for a supportive environment to grow.

You'll lead an established, self-reliant team and create a warm, welcoming and personalised customer experience in a category where fit, comfort and confidence really matter.

$45K + Super | 25 hours per week | No late nights | 3-day weekend every month

What you'll be responsible for

Lead and motivate an established team to deliver exceptional customer serviceDrive store performance, KPIs and commercial resultsCoach and develop your team through regular feedback and supportCreate a positive, inclusive and customer-first store cultureOversee daily operations, stock processes and store presentationDeliver strong visual merchandising with commercial judgement

An experienced ASM ready to step into Store Management, or an emerging SM with the maturity and confidence to leadA polished, approachable and hands-on retail leaderSomeone who genuinely connects with customers and understands the importance of fit, comfort and personalised serviceStrong commercial awareness and experience working to KPIsA natural coach who enjoys developing and motivating a teamStrong operational, stock management and visual merchandising skillsSomeone who enjoys leading by example and working collaboratively with an established team
