About the RoleThe Consumer Voice Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the voices of consumers are heard and embedded across IPC Health's service planning, design, delivery and evaluation activities.
Working within the Governance, Quality and Risk team, you will coordinate the implementation of IPC Health's Consumer Voice Framework and support initiatives that strengthen meaningful consumer participation across the organisation.
You will build trusted relationships with consumers, carers, staff and community stakeholders while creating opportunities for people with lived experience to contribute to organisational decision-making and service improvement initiatives.
