About the Role

As a Senior Dental Assistant, you'll play an essential role in creating an outstanding experience for our patients while supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality dental care.

Your day may include:

• Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures.

• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining high infection control standards.

• Sterilising instruments and managing clinical stock.

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinical area.

• Providing guidance and support to other Dental Assistants.

• Helping maintain high clinical and practice standards.

• Providing reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.

• Working closely with our clinicians, reception and management teams to ensure each day runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

• Has previous Dental Assisting experience.

• Is confident providing high-level chairside assistance.

• Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Can lead by example and support other team members.

• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

• Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Takes initiative and is able to work independently.

Experience in surgical, implant or complex dentistry will be highly regarded.
