About the role
The Role
As an APS 6 Team Lead in Forms Development and Digitisation, you will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering digital forms and workflow solutions that improve business processes and user experiences. Depending on organisational priorities, the role may focus on either stakeholder engagement, work intake, and prioritisation (Engagement Lead) or requirements definition, process design, and translating business needs into digital solutions (Business Analysis Lead).Working closely with product owners, developers, designers, and business stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centred outcomes.
Key responsibilities include leading team performance, managing delivery through Agile sprint cycles, maintaining and prioritising work backlogs, and engaging stakeholders to understand and shape business requirements.
You will translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables, ensure alignment with UX/UI, accessibility, and data quality standards, and collaborate across teams to integrate solutions into broader digital ecosystems. The role also drives continuous improvement through analytics and feedback while contributing to governance, standards, and consistency across the forms portfolio.
