As the first point of contact for our business, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience for clients, visitors, and business partners.

About the Role:

Working closely with our local team of Financial Advisers and Client Service professionals, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming clients and visitors to the office

• Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries

• Coordinating appointments and meeting room bookings

• Assisting with client correspondence and documentation

• Providing administrative support to the broader team

• Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office

• Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
  

About You:

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for customer service and enjoy building positive relationships with people from all walks of life.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous reception, administration, hospitality, or customer service experience

• A professional and friendly manner

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Confidence using technology and learning new systems
