Due to continued growth, we're seeking Speech Pathologists and Senior Speech Pathologists to join a supportive multidisciplinary team in Perth.

A snapshot of your core responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based Speech Pathology services across home, school, community and clinic settings.
• Work collaboratively with children, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Develop, implement and review individualised therapy plans.
• Utilise innovative technology and AI tools that minimise administration and maximise time with clients.
• Participate in structured supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development.
• Senior clinicians will have opportunities to mentor junior Speech Pathologists and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

What you'll need to be considered:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility).
• Passion for delivering evidence-based, client-centred therapy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or unrestricted Australian working rights.
